Charmaine lives and works in Albuquerque, New Mexico and received a BFA from the University of NM in 1990. She has exhibited extensively in NM and throughout the region having solo, two person, and numerous group and invitational shows in museums, galleries, and alternative spaces. She has received several honors, awards, and grants, including:
